Basic Bumps & Grinds 💋
Time to go back to the basics! We take this hour to learn all classic bumps, grinds, shimmies, and shakes that made the legends great! You'll leave with some history and a fun routine with all the bells and whistles.
To Bring: Comfy heels, yoga type clothing/fitted, gloves if you have them, a wink and a smile.
Lily's Lap of Luxury! 🍑
Burlesque isn't just full of sparkles and feathers! In this hour long class you will discuss and move through the basics of chair work while learning a sexy routine to practice at home in the mirror or in the lap of your choice!
To Bring: Comfy heels, yoga type clothing/tight fitting, there will be booty shaking so I usually wear shorts or something like that.

Time to learn all those fancy leg moves, back bends, and transitions! In this class, you will be working through an entire routine all while never stepping off the floor! Long lines, quick transitions, bruised knees. Expect it all.
