Welcome, and congrats on your virtual production! We are so excited to work with you. Below are some guidelines and suggestions to make your production run as smoothly as possible!

Cast

If you have a cast in mind, you are welcome to contact the performers directly with the booking inquiry!

Want to have an open casting call? We’ve got you covered! Respond to your confirmation email, and we will add your show to our application page so people can start sending in their acts.

Below is a template you are welcome to use for your show when sending confirmations or inquiries:

Subject: Booking Inquiry - "SHOW TITLE" (XX/XX)

Greetings!

This is [NAME] writing to ask whether you are available and interested in being part of a virtual show in [MONTH]. The show will take place at [TIME] on [DATE] via Zoom, and we would need the finalized video for the broadcast by 11:59pm on [3-5 DAYS BEFORE SHOW]. If you would like to accept this booking or read more about our minimum payout offers, please fill out this confirmation form by [2-3 WEEKS BEFORE SHOW].

Should you choose to join our cast: we ask that videos include subtitles! If you are unable to add them, consider sending your video early so that we may add captions for the finalized show. Additionally, please email a promo photo to contact@tastethetease.com with your name in the subject line.

Promo

Al Gore’s Rhythm hates promotional posts! So we suggest sharing your poster, tagging everyone on social media, and sharing sneak peeks as often as possible. We will also pay to boost a post or two for the show.

If you have a mailing list, don’t forget to let them know about your production!

Raffle

Raffles are another great way to boost your sales and some of your favourite small businesses! Email independent creators and local businesses for donations to your raffle pack(s), and we will offer up limitless virtual raffle tickets that will be pulled during the live broadcast.
